We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at kyalacollection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
